We’ve hit the ground running this year in the construction industry, with the interest from a wide variety of operators in the industry. We are working with large corporates, SMEs and everyone in between to deliver a solution to connect their fleet of assets, without the need for hardware or expensive upfront costs.
For this reason, we are prepping for the CONEXPO-CON/AGG show in Vegas next week. The 2,800+ vendors and 150,000 attendees from all corners of the heavy equipment and construction sector — asphalt, aggregates, concrete, earthmoving, mining, utilities and more are all represented on both sides of the booth table.
World of Concrete was a great show in February and hugely successful for us at Whip Around. We met hundreds of interesting companies and leaders looking for better ways to run their businesses and manage their people, plant and fleet in today’s climate. CONEXPO-CON/AGG is set to double down on the positive sentiment we experienced at World of Concrete, with a much bigger turnout set to attend the event.
This year the Tech Experience is something we are paying particular attention to, with the three key pillars being Modern Mobility, Sustainability and Smart Cities. All of these are areas we seek to impact through our technology, so this is going to be a great area for our team to visit over the course of the show.
Trade shows are one of our most effective ways to connect to the industry, giving us the ability to talk to a common group of interests, albeit from around the world. These conversations help us form our product roadmap, share our customer success stories and network with thought leaders in various industries. The benefit of having the opportunity to meet face-to-face, instead of through the usual computer screen is something we have grown to value more and more.
